| Shipping Policy
We outsource the busy work so we can focus our attention on product
development and customer service. Our shipper's warehouse is centrally
located to minimize shipping costs and time. Express orders received
before 1PM ET normally ship the same business day. Other orders
normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this
schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during
the weeks of the Christmas season, when our shipper is the busiest.

regarding your order. You will receive an automated electronic receipt
of your purchase via e-mail. And if there's a question or problem with
the processing of your order, a representative may need to call or
e-mail you. You will never be subjected to mass unsolicited commercial
e-mailing (spam) from Top Down Technologies, Inc., and we will not
disclose or sell any of your contact information to any third
parties. Your privacy is important to us, and we value your future

| Warranty
There's a full one-year warranty on all our products. We'll repair or replace
any defective unit at no charge to you. Simply
contact
us for a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number, ship us the unit, and
we'll ship back a fully functional
unit and issue you a new one-year warranty.

| Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any product purchased directly
from Top Down Technologies, Inc., you may return it for a full refund
(refund given in same form as original purchase minus shipping costs)
within 30 days of purchase... NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Simply
contact
us for a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we'll help
initiate the return and refund process.
